Been to MCT and had my suspension set up for me. Result :):):)
It is a 14 plate so settings are the stock settings as I am the first owner and the normal load it carries is 100kg.  Front forks were so badly set up the front tyre was basically taking all the load put onto the front forks  causing it to compress and reflex thorough the wall, hence the wallowing and unstable feel when riding through bends with uneven surfaces and the faster you go the worse it gets but this does not show when traveling smooth main roads. The bike has now been transformed and gives excellent feedback and is very very stable and responsive, which in-turn give greater confidence going into bends and allows me to relax, now my mid back pain seems to have gone away (don't figure)  :) note from MCT get rid off the bloody Bridgestones and put on some PR4 GT's and it will be perfect.

I have just paid £280 for a pair of RP3s balanced fitted etc .
I could get the tyres for around £230 but you have the hassle of fitting etc.
I will wait a while before I go for the 4s to see what members think
