Why would you try and put Debs on a centre stand?

Just too much innuendo, I wont even reply  :whistling:

the front wheel chock is a good idea in a confined space such as debs metal shed,  just wheel the bike in and out without the hassle of the centre stand, im guessing space is too tight up alongside the bike to effectively deploy the centre stand

It is perfect for that purpose. I agree with other comments that it is not really good for transporting the bike. You also get the adjustable ones to make sure that your bike fits in perfectly.

Debs I have two of those and I reckon they should do the job as the GTR front wheel is 17" and my classic bikes are 19"

If you want I'll sell you on of mine ? Cheapo

I dont want to use it whilst transporting my bike, and I have two identical ones, both of which are like new Debs

To explain further my classic bikes have 19" front wheels which do fit the chock but are a wee bit to large to be a snug fit

Debs, I thought it would be a good idea to check the Chock and its suitability for the GTR, so I've just given it a go

Firstly, the chock definitely needs to be secured to the floor otherwise its slips along the floor whilst trying to push the front wheel into the jaw/position

Secondly, TBH it takes a mighty BIG shove to get the whell into the chock, I actually couldn't manage it ! The GTR being much heavier than a classic bike

Debs its up to you, if yoiu want to try then I can send you a chock, BUT I reckon it'll take two people to get the GTR into the jaw of the bike chock.

debs, £40 to make life easier when putting the bike away is worth it, true you could save your money but if you think its well spent then go for it, putting any large bike on its CS in a tight space is a pain , its an item you will have for many years can be used on future bikes  and it will also give another line of defence to would be bike thiefs , if you put a chain lock through it and the wheel .
