Long shot.....but if you don't ask!   :undecided:
Anyone have, or have access to, a GS-911 tester / tool, reads / resets ECU logs and service dates on later BMW's?
Need to reset service date and check logs on me F700GS.
Can buy "the service" from folk looking to offset cost of tester on eBay, but just in case someone has one and may appreciate a few beer vouchers for use!
Treading in the twilight zone again!       :whistling:

Ah you see another down side of BMW you must get them to sort service light out. And service as well. These boys know how to make money!

:agree:
Love the bike but when quoted £170 for 1st annual service.....being visual and oil / oil filter and brake fluid change, thought I'd go independent (do it meself!)
Hence needing reset tool.....else it'll be selective blindness on the control panel!

The BMW Club have the diagnostic tool and "hire" to members for the cost of postage, I believe. The small annual membership fee might make joining worthwhile!

Been there before years ago...................................
Read similar comments here before, think I'll be using the lad at Burton-on-Trent who offers service on eBay.
