I know this comes up on this forum frequently.

Well just been quoted by Swinton £176.38 to renew my insurance, which I think is good. But shopped around and have renewed it Fully Comp with 10000 miles for £107.37
I am retired (Ex Cop) and only have Social Domestic and Pleasure.

Am I happy? You bet I am.

Ros

Blimey - that's good!

I'm trying to forget how much I coughed up for mine... :death:

Bryn

I was quoted 240 quid ,   so I asked how much if I put the Mrs on the policy.... Dropped it to £175 with protected no claims etc etc... so happy with that

JCsupereagle

Wow! That is cheap, I have been quoted £480 fully comp, I asked how much if I put the mrs on and it went up to £1030 , mind you she has only had her licence 2 weeks
