How about this one on Ebay?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kawasaki-ZZR1400-GTR1400-ZX14-comfort-seat-Black-With-Grey-Piping-Gen1-2006-2011/333645334861?hash=item4daecfc94d%3Ag%3APPcAAOSwS-RfAOcp&LH_ItemCondition=3000

If my memory serves me correctly the seats on the ZZR and GTR are the same but one has an additional bracket or something which can be fitted retrospectively.
