Bar Risers

Hi all

I'm getting my new GTR tomorrow (hopefully) and as I have midget arms, I expect to rapidly be purchasing risers.  My old bike's risers would flatten the bars off, as well as up and back.  What are the common options you folk take? Are cheepie eBay/ Chinese ones ok, or do I need to dig deeper into my wallet?
