Looks good as an alternative Chris, especially if you have to fit two new oem ones to your bike if the originals are faulty. I guess the only problem is the chance they could get nicked.

I don't like to tempt fate but the batteries on my 2009 GTR have never been changed and the TPS still works on front and rear but sometimes takes a mile or two until the front warms up enough to show display. This Michelin set up looks like a good option to the more expensive Kawasaki set up.

On a 2009 bike the batteries are easy to change.
Ducati owner now but I used to have a Black one, the fastest version.

I bought my 07 GTR1400 at the end of last season with two new tyres. Sadly, both have had slow punctures since due to the tyre fitter not bothering to clean the crud and rubber residue off the rim before fitting the new tyres.
I took the front wheel out and took it to my local bike tyre dealer. Got them to remove the tyre, then took it home and cleaned the rim because I wanted to take off the tpms as it was not working. I've attached a photo of the new battery I fitted. I knew it probably wouldn't work because when I opened it up it had had water ingress at some point and was full of debris. But the theory should be good. I'll likely do the same to the rear. If it's also banjaxed I'll just do without tpms.
The battery I bought was for a laptop CMOS and  came with the two wires shown which were easy to solder into place.
