Bit of  a update on the new bike ,been out a few more times on the bike even saw a bit of sun  lol ,anyway changed my riding style from the 12r as in riding the torque to using the gearbox abit more on the gtr ,bike feels good handling wise the front seems to get a little lose when pushing on abit ,back feels fine ,new exhaust is nice but i have noticed it gets hot very quickly fans are on when in traffic and i did see f1 pop up in the dash display dont know what that was ,what tyres do you guys use is it worth binning new brigstones for them and whats the best seat to buy would like a 25mm drop in hight to get flat footed ,and which hugger guys cheers rick

I binned the Bridgestones and fitted Michelin Prs then PR2s and now on PR4s. Brilliant tyres transform the bike and boosts confidence in the wet and dry. Not sure about mileage of PR4s but managed 7000 on a rear and  more on the front.

Burchy

Either PR4 or Melzeler Roadtec01

Cheapest option is just to get the seat sculpted

Pr4s are excellent ,,fans are always on when it's hot ,nothing to worry about ,had the front fork internals uprated made it a lot more planted ,kawasaki do a lower gel seat you can pick one up for £200 secondhand when they come up rear hugger is a carbon one on mine , once you have dialed yourself into how the gtr goes and handles it's a great bike .

Angel gts just as good and puncture less.

What internals did you put in you forks?

Ohlins , it was a ride in ride out deal at a place in Manchester ,they fitted a ohlins rear shock and did the front forks ,the front end felt a lot better going in on the brakes and then letting off all the bounce had gone , the rear end felt much the same , any place that does front forks upgrades would do it for you , ktec, maxton , or any ohlins service center ,  :biker3:
