The day I ride up to Hull for the ferry and start the journey down to Croatia. Away for about 4 week's. 3 day's to get down to Zagreb airport, collect the wife, about 10 day's round Croatia before dropping her back at Zagreb and 4 day's to ride back. Finger's crossed the GTR perform's. She is flying out wearing bike kit and carrying her helmet so I need to be there 😁.
Feeling excited but a tad apprehensive, normally ride with someone or wife as pillion so you can bounce idea's off them etc. Solo this timedown and back.

Sounds great to me, bet you can't wait! Do you have your stops and hotels planned on the way down to the airport, or are you playing it by ear depending on your progress and booking them as you go?

Overnight stop's pre booked, gives me an incentive to get there. 1st day will be a long one to get south. 3rd day through the mountain's via Kitzbuhl to the Slovenia border and Bled.

Thank's all, weather look's rubbish for tomorrow's trip up to hull, and friday on the other side, waterproof's will be the rig of the day  :roll eyes:, hopefully pick up further south. Go Pro fitted to R&G crash bar left side so hopefully will get some good shot's through the more scenic part's.

Best of luck with your journey.

I made it to Croatia on the GSX1400 last year and had a really good time, I'm sure you will enjoy it too, stunning coastal roads :smiley:

Have a great trip, I love my yearly two weeks away in Europe. Next year is already in the planning stages, :smiley:
