Trying to work out the best way to mount the 390 on to the Bike the one where you put it into the stem seems to be the best only I have bar risers on so will it fit ok or will it need the extended tube bit , it starts to get very expensive when you add up all the bits you need to power it up, have use the bits that came with the 390 and put them on my ktm 1050 , now want to make it work on the Gtr, looked at the ball bolt that goes on the Handle bar but it would be stuck up in the air a bit ,so are favouring the stem one as long as it will work and you can still. Get. To the fob ,,,,

I used the kawasaki GPS mount for my TomTom but looking at the mounting holes I cant see why it couldnt be used with a Garmin as well.

Maybe someone else can confirm?

i used a  ball mount straight through the nut. was tricky feeding the nut n washer up through the stem (a bit of grease on the socket helped and a couple of extension bars) but looked a nice n tidy fit.I may still have somewhere it if you are interested

I purchased the touratech  lockable one for my garmin 660 and it fixed to the Kawasaki base. They do them for various satnavs

It stops the opportunist chancer when filling up .
