Am I correct in thinking that traction control became standard fitting from 09 plates???? or is it always a customers option??

Can you tell from the decals on the front fender?? as some models have them and others don't.

Cheers.

I think it was standard from 2010 models, my 2011 has it and everyone I have seen since has it.

As for the decals I had to change my front fender with a brand new one and it didn't come with decals so no idea.

I have attached 2 photos one of my old 09 plate which when you zoom in you can just make out ABS on the front fender.
On my later 14 plate it states KTRC.
As Alan said standard from 2010 models

I think it was optional in 2010 in the US.

Cheers guys.

As it's an 11 plate I'm going to see this Sat,  and I can see both stickers in the piccies it's looking good.  The PX price is very very near what I need, so lets see what happens.

The only reason it wouldn't be a KTRC fitted bike is if it was a pre reg one or an  import

rather than looking at stickers (which could be omitted especially if the fender has been replaced) look at the LH switchgear :)

That's not always possible from the photos that some dealers put up,  you can't see the bars with the switchgear...
