That is a terrible price they have given you mate ... Of course it's always nice to get a new bike but with the mileage you do once it gets to 50000 miles you will never get more than x amount and if it does all that you require then hang onto it  :D

Mogster

Dosen't the FJR run on Coal,  ::) ...... seeing as the engine designs so old....

mind you that may explain why I saw one towing a small trailer at the weekend..... twas the Coal tender...LMAO!!
She is like the Bumblebee, she should not fly....... and yet she does!

Have you ridden one? We have both and while we both prefer the GTR the FJR is a good bike.

I'm old enough to know better but don't

No bike with 50K on the clock is going to be worth much even a GTR - how may people will want to buy it when you can get something with lower mileage for not much more money.

Why trade in a bike for the same model albeit with a couple of extra toys anyway.

If the bike is running well then keep it until its not or there's something better on the market to justify changing like a 1600GTR

Rusty

Oh ..... a 1600 Gtr ? Now THAT sounds good  ;D ;D

Why not go for a 6 litre V8?
Putting ever bigger engines in bikes is getting more and more ridiculous and defies the purpose somehow.
The later you brake the longer you go fast.

mecki

What about a decent topbox?

Mecki ..... What don't you like about the top box .... apart from the Wobbbbles ?  ;D

To my eyes that colour looks brown. Apparently that's maroon and from what I hear it maybe the colour in our showrooms.

In my eyes that looks butt-ugly. But I guess you can still get it in black.

Looks very good indeed. I see there is a sign in the background on one of the photos, Rest Rooms, so thats the US colour scheme, is it coming to us shortly?

I have to agree that is very nice. Any news on price increases, if any?

Kwikasfuki

Hope the price stays the same.

What's weird is that the image on the main page has black wheels, but when you click on the colours, that picture has silver wheels.
