Well folks ! She arrived at 10.30 and by 11 I had her out
Compared to the 2009 c14 it's evolved into a awesome motorcycle .. it feels lower than the last one .. it isn't but the refettled seat allows me to get me hoofs flat on the floor .
The handling is sublime sooo much better than the early incarnation .
Also the wee plakky tool box under the seat is a perfik fit for my pro logic autocom .
Tomoz were gonna be out ALL day .. 1st impressions the only quibble is the bars seem lower on the 2016 .. time will tell

Can't say that I blame him for that...

Wook mines an 08 and i test rode my pals 2011 after workin on it for him. Theyre like two different bikes. Mine felt as fast as his but his brakes being linked felt far better than mine. I found myself only using the back brake most of the time. How do yours compare wook?did your old bike have linked brakes?
Baby blade ,rt1100,CB1300 and the best yet gtr1400 😁😁😁👌
It's all in the wrist you know 😏😏👀

I reckon the latest model is the best yet, well mine is far better than its 3 predecessors

Oh BTW my rear brake is  :shit:  and I will be looking into adjusting/improving it

No adjustment to the rear brake itself.  You can modify the pedal height but be cautious doing that.  After you adjust it make sure the brake light still works.  Sometimes bleeding both bleeders on the calipre and then the one on the rear master cylinder can help.  I've basically stopped using it for the most part.

thanks Jim, I'll be bleeding the bleeding system as I've noticed that the rear brake is sometimes sort of okay and other times it's  crap,

And on a completely different subject I've just eaten far too many liquorice allsorts and now I feel     :001_9898:

Aye Macskwak it's STREETS better than my 09 ...for a kick off ah can get me feet flat on the floor thanks to the re-profiled seat .  And it's more bitty friendly .. no the brakes wernt linked .  And the rear was feeble .. but unlike O.C my rear anchor on the 16 is MEGGA and that's with the softest option one the menu doodad.
Also found out today that the 16 bike only comes now with the tall screen .. so am gonna try either the laminar lip ..or puig screen ..open to suggestions O.C ..
Oh !.  And Mrs WoOk has given the smile of approval too .. she loves it .... The BIKE ya scruffy buggas  :mfr_lol:
Just spent today well thus afternoon wiring in the new auto com and the 595lm twatnav. ....
How many bloody chunky cables does that muvva come with  :mfr_lol:
Mind you my forceps and surgical skill are getting very good ..

You'll find screens and screen add-on's are like potato chips (crisps?).  You can't have just one.  I started with the stock 08, went to a Kawasaki tall screen (standard on 10-14 I think), CB Euro, and finally settled on the CB Ultra tour dome.  Also be wary if you change bars (handlebars) or your seat as that can affect how you perceive the screen to work for you.
