After last week's outing to London for the cycling this weekend's trip was only to Mid-Wales via  the Elan Valley to Aberystwyth. It didnt rain too much and we had a good day. Mines Silver. Ali's is black.

yes, the bikes look well together and we were quizeed about the GTR by a couple of sports bike riders.

Nice pictures Patrick ... what camera are you using there ? Quality looks good. You can now, in this modern era get amazing results for not much outlay .... and I am NOT inferring  you have a cheap camera !! ;D ;D

the cheap camera thing made me laugh some what. I have a Canon EOS 400d  (digi SLR).  However it was safely tucked up at home on Saturday and the pics were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S smartphone.  The shots were then cropped and the lighting adjusted a little using Adobe photoshop elements.

since i got the phone  i dont use the slr as much!

Good stuff .... Mr Wolf has recently purchased a new Nikon and I am of old Nikon D3x so I know where you are coming from .... if only I had more time to spare  ;D ...it's going to have to be a retirement thing in a few years time when this" going to work stuff " doesn't get in the way !!
