Sony Z3 Mobile phone repair.....ouch

[snowy]

Anyone ever changed a screen on a Sony Xperia Z3 mobile?
Estimates for repair - £90 to £130 - same value as the phone checking on Fleabay!
See new screens on the Bay for £25 - £35, but watching some vids on U-Tube it looks a right pig to do!
Anyone any ideas / did the change or know a mate who can do such repairs?
Any thought appreciated!

I'm guess you don't have mobile phone insurance?
