Yep that sounds familiar Keith ..oh well there loss.. I have booked a test ride (purely for Mrs WoOk. ..) at Autorama in Batly.
We had a new 2009 gtr14 rode it for 20k in the 1st year ..then STOOPID Me sold it.
And if ah test ride at a dealers that's were I will buy it ... loyalty counts ..well to me it does 😊😊

rimg james ,at mco ,orrel road ,wigan .you can mention my name keith from south shields ,I know its not local but I have had two new bikes from them ,delivered to my door ,and even took my old bikes in part ex ,without seeing them ,I could not get any other dealer to match there deals ,especially in the Newcastle area, they were miles off, no harm in asking what he can do for you ,good luck ,,

I bought 2 bikes, 2015 ZZR in 2015 and then my current 2016 GTR from MCO in Wigan, really good trade in prices without seeing my bikes and they delivered to Dorset, my only comment would be on both occasions they failed to deliver within the agreed time and i had to wait much longer for both bikes, but not an issue if your not impatient, unlike me. I dealt with Tom.

  Tom Dorset is a bugger to get a van too  aye Wigan is a bit further than ah want to go .. My female offspring lives in Harrogate so bringing the bike down to Batley for any mechanicals is no probs coz ah can stay with her if needs be (meens ah escape the snapdragon for the night  ).
In the main I do most of my own work but age and haveing broke me neck kinda stops you doing some stuff .
On top of which if a dealer sells me a bike and it's a good deal/service etc I do send em my work 😊

2nd hand may be an option --say 12 months old and under 6k miles but to be honest not really a fan of used bikes -- nope am deffo NOT a snob --SLOB mebbees but not a snob :-)
I always ask meself --was this engine bedded in - has it had its neck wrung since day 1 -- has it been badly farkled [ you don't know until ya gets the panels off -- and its nice to think that Mrs Wooks cute Bum is the 1st on me pillion :-) ok pervy --but ah divvent care LMAO.
And you cant beat the WOOOHOOO factor of rideing a spanka [NO not that sort of SPANKING O.C !!] outta the showroom

I never buy new. I let somebody else take the hit on depreciation. Mylatest one immaculate with 1500 miles when I bought it(2000 now). Still under warranty and a big saving on a new one.
