Just bought a 10 plate GTR and cannot turn the preload adjuster at all. As I am a big lad I need to add a bit but cannot turn it all and cannot work out if it is screwed all the way in and seized or all the way out and seized??? :ohplease:

Usual problem on these bikes, undo it from the bike and pit it in a plastic bag upside down with some penetrating oil inside, you might need a bit and leave it to seep inside, it will recover and then you can adjust it.

Debs of this forum did hers and had some pictures of exactly how she did it, my explanation is a rough idea of what she did.

All is not lost.
