Hi

I had a very good day exploring the Brecon Beacons with my local IAM group.
The trip was some 300 miles and I have to say fitting the left front rider footpeg lowering kit has significantly significantly reduced the discomfort levels with my left hip and back  :) :) :) :) Normally during the course of the day I have to to take my left foot of the peg to ease the pain and discomfort I normally feel  - FH knows what I mean

This time I rarely took my foot of the peg (except when stopping) and although my back aches a little bit I don't have any where near the same level of pain and discomfort - which has really surprised my given that it as nearly a 12 hr day and a 300 mile trip.

So I am really chuffed  :) :) :) :) :)

PS just need my partner to test the rear footpeg lowering kit

An update on the rear footpeg lowering kit.

On Sunday I went out with my partner and she liked the footpeg lowering and find the ride more comfortable, although she does now struggle to her leg over the seat/panniers but that is probably down to practise and finding the right technique - she also insists having the top box on the back which probably doesn't help.

I was concerned about the bottom of the right lowering kit being denting the the exhausts heat shield, as the there is only a few mm clearance. A quick inspection when you got back last night away seems to indicate that it is all ok  :)
