Rog, the driver was reported by the driver doing the filming. The Police actually prosecuted and got a conviction. The driver pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and was banned for 12 months.

Agreed, but the reporting driver is the one that escalated it..   We all feel we have to one up the other person (me included), but it never goes well (personal experience).  You want to stop them, drag them out, and kick the  out of them, but that won't go well in court.
