Reminds me of the time max Biagi did not like an upcoming lad called Rossi.

What Rossi did on the track was out of order.
I'm a Rossi fan but that was unnecessary.
As for the off track dispute,.... boring!

Ok, ignoring the off and just looking at the 2 laps previous, I think Marquez was running interference.

We know the Honda is faster than the yamaha, and Marquez was riding on the ragged edge to pull off some of those overtakes.

but hey just my opinion.   I'm a Rossi fan, and yes, what Rossi did by running Marquez out onto the marbles was controversial, but hey, all Marquez had to do, was think fast, close the throttle, hit the brakes and drop in behind Rossi or over take on the inside.

Rossi was in a no-win situation - what if Rossi had done the same to Marquez as he did to Stoner (in the wet) when he lost the front of the Ducati?  Rossi would have been blamed for that as well.

I'm really beginning to hate motorcycle racing.    going to turn out like F1.

If Rossi wants. To be world. Champion then he needs to prove it I the last race and ride like one ,  if he can come from last to get the points he needs then he has deserved it , but my head tells me that Lorenzo deserves to be champion he is by far a quicker rider , we shall see , Rossi better hope it rains ,  :biker3:

Rossi is fighting for the World Championship, as is Lorenzo.
Marquez isn't, so why act in the way he did?  Sure, fight for position, but his actions/timing were clearly for a reason.  He comes off worse, man up and get on with it.
As for Dorna's decision and penalty?  The incident must have been manna from heaven for them "Hey let's make the end of season 'interesting' " must have been the discussion in their boardroom!  Call me cynical, but aren't they based in Spain....

I think you have summed that up nicely, Spanish winner for a Spanish series (4 races run in Spain) at a Spanish finale

Well if Marquez had even tried to overtake Lorenzo I would have been ok with final result, he sat behind him and did not really show a wheel to Lorenzo, he showed some fight when Pedrosa tried to pass, ended up slowing both of them down, as for original incident yes he was spoiling Rossis race, and all he had to do was back off and he would not have forced the incident, he stuck his head on Rossis knee, and Rossi reacted. but hey ho there is next year, Mugello here I come.

O.C.

Regardless of the events of this year  Marquez will never..never be the attraction or create the draw that Rossi has, and still does, perhaps its because Rossi is and always has been so popular that he has been seen in suchba bad light, let's not overlook the fact that Marquez has caused a 'few' upsets himself.

Marquez is young full of testosterone and hot headed, he's undoubtedly a great talent........potentially

Just my ten penneth.

I ain't crazy about Pedrosa either...   Ever since he ran Hayden off the track back in the mid-2000s.  It's all a Spanish plot...  Pretty soon we'll be hearing from these guys..
