Just got back from a few days away from my ride up to applecross in Scotland , went up the A66 then on to the A7 up to Kilmarnock over the erskin bridge ,and the nights stop at fort William , the last 40 miles in heavy rain after a nice dry day , next morning a bit misty made my way up the A82 to strathcarron , then on to Apple cross the mist cleared into brilliant sunshine ,and the pass was fantastic to ride with stunning views everywhere, did the 30 m ride back around the coast, the gtr went well but was heavy at the twists and turns , coming out of strathcarron I headed for Inverness on a superd fast flowing road just what the gtr was made for 100-120 mph sweepers no turnoffs and very little traffic , had me in love with it again , then took the A9 all the way to Perth ,this 110m road with average speed cameras All the way , good job they was all forward facing , stopped the night in Perth , back. Over the new bridge at Edinburgh, down through the Scottish Borders, onto the A68 and back home ,a fantastic few days of high speed twisty roads averaged 50 to the gallon ,

Lovely nice dry sunny photos

Unlike when we went over it in dense fog and torrential rain.
