Yep, that Kings Head Hotel in Keswick.  The venue for our annual meet.

I had a ride up  to Keswick today to suss the place out, very nice it is too. I even saw a GTR just outside Keswick at about half past one, was it anyone on here? Dark coloured, two up, heading out of Keswick.

Here's a few pics of my ride out today, the first one isn't that far from Keswick as you approach it from Windermere side.

Same location, but with a far more interesting object in the foreground.  :whistling:

One of our two venues.

Some interior shots.

Dogs are very welcome. Is anyone fetching their dog? Richard might I suppose if he heads up on his trike.

A lovely, jubbly, Cumberland sausage & mash.

This'll be Charlies empty glass of red wine.  :001_icon16:

Plenty of outdoor seating in case the weather holds out for us.

A decent level, tarmac car-park and an overflow car-park to the side which is gravel.

Scenic views to the rear.

The restaurant. Very posh, although it reminds me of Asif's dining room.

The reception area.

A small shop within the pub area no doubt selling locally sourced products.

Stopped off at Windermere on the way home.

And then stopped off at Kirby Lonsdale also.

Still a very good turn out even at about half past three.

I thought he lived in Scotland? If it was him he needs to post something in the Spotted section.

Wasn't me I'm afraid Débs.. I was here near Falkirk!!

O.C.

I've ridden and driven past the Kings Head countless times, and only once stopped for a meal, which, if I remember correctly was very good

Maybe I'll come along to the gathering to say hello

I used to be a lot closer prior to our relocation Steve...but that wouldn't get in the way of a run up towards Keswick
