So which side fairings do I need to bleed the clutch slave cylinder?
Which side is the best to remove to drain the coolant and replace with new?

you can do it without removing the fairing....  But be very careful... Brake fluid eats paintwork!......

But answer is left hand side..... As you sit on the bike....  Same side as clutch....  :-)

Ride it like it was stolen...

Clutch bleeding can be done without removing any fairings.

Replacing the coolant will require removing lots of fairing parts.
On the right side you need to remove nearly everything to get to the radiator cap.
It is in a PITA location.
On the left side you need to remove the middle fairing to get at the overflow bottle.
Equally stupid location.

Draining is done on the left from a bolt on the water pump and is quite messy. (coolant EVERYWHERE!)
You will need to remove the radiator cap before removing the drain bolt or it won't drain.

Changed the clutch and brake fluids yesterday, one thing when I lifted the top from the clutch master cylinder it was full of crap, I had a syringe and got some out, then topped up and then got more out, nice and clean now, easy peasy with two of you to bleed both systems.
