I was down at Newport on Thursday with NEG for the National Road Cycling Time Trials at the Celtic Manor Resort.



I'm heading back down in the next hour for tomorrow's Ladies' and then the Men's Road Races, based at Abergavenny

The biscuits were  in panniers.......  I simply forgot to get them out, and today you were in the wrong place at the end of the Road Race :-)
