Took the plunge and have decided to trade my GTR for a Triumph GT1050.
Love the GTR but feel like a change and something lighter and less bulky. I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL of you that makes this forum very interesting and informative. I have learnt a lot from many of you and I know you guys will continue to keep this one of the most informative forums around.

Cheers and please keep it upright !!!!!

Congrats on the new bike!

Just because you've bought a new bike doesn't mean you have to leave the forum ...

I was re-arranging the bikes in the garage yesterday , and yeah , that GTR1400 is a totally overweight. Pushing it about reminds me why I need to sell her and buy something light.

never evvveeerrrrr buy anything over 300 kgs. Honest advice from a current owner.

I was also re-arranging my bikes in the garage yesterday, I moved the KTM 625 SMC (130kgs),
never evvveeerrrrr buy a supermoto to tour on, xxxxing common sense from a current owner.

Buy what you need to get the job done and accept any and all compromises
