Alibongo and I were out on a rospa group ride but decided to leave early and head home.

Good stuff on a damp, greasy day.

You put it up with ROSPA in the description so it'd be rude not to comment  Yes, its alway easier from the comfort of a computer screen

The guy you were following was always doing a shoulder check for the overtakes, a lot can happen in front when your head is turned. At the pace you are going and with good ongoing mirror work I'd drop the shoulder check in most cases.

Your engine note reveals quite a few 'hard' down shifts to gain engine braking. Yes, its wet, (which is probably why you are doing so rather than braking) but for that reason being a bit more subtle is good.

Some good 'straightening'.

A nice ride on a sh*tty day.

Here's a few of mine on the Pan to discuss (pick holes in ). Haven't worked out a mounting system for the GTR yet. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCtB1JLlZqMLvmj95oWoGrg

Firstly I didn't have the sound on as GF is watching "Outnumbered"

But I agree with with STX1300 but I thought it was a very progressive ride in some less than perfect conditions, top ride    :biker3:

I have a RoSPA Gold certificate and they do (did) seem to favour the lifesaver, personally I disagree and never use them as too much distance is travelled and you're looking the wrong way ! even in an urban enviroment I prefer forward vision and use of the mirrors which are decent on most modern bikes.

The only thing I wouldn't have done was overtake where the farmhouse (?) was on the r/h/s but then you well have been able to see no traffic was waiting, I'd have felt safe as pillion
