Should any of you consider moving to npower, may i suggest the following.

1. Find an good solid wall, concrete is probably preferable.

2. Stand facing it, approx 6" away.

3. Draw your head back, then slam it against the wall as hard as possible.

4. Repeat step 3, 20-25 times.

Good, you are now prepared for a converstaion with an nPower customer services representative, a conversation they will deny ever having had with you.

Needless to say, after going through this process about 10 times, I now have a different supplier. Without doubt the worst company i have ever had dealings with.

  Mate, that is why I try not to change things .... they are all robbing bastards and no one is going to save you much money in this day and age regardless of what "deals" they offer the public. I have been with EDF for a while and I find them easy to deal with .. on line anyway ... as I just update my meter readings every month. I just really can't be doing with the aggro of it all !!
