low fuel warning

what's the average milage left before the LOW FUEL warning display kick's in.on my mates gtr it kicked in at a 50 mile range,mine still hadn't at 33 miles left.

I thought it was 30.  Mind you, I think the green ones go further.

It has nothing to do with the displayed range but with the amount of fuel left that triggers it.

about 5 to 6 liters of fuel left , when the warning comes on .

Book actually states it as 4 or 4.5 litres.

Depending on how your riding, depends on how far you'll get....  Average is 40 miles as the average is about 10 miles per litre... Give or take...

Obviously, this is dependant on bike and rider....
