Handbrake lever modified, original lever did not have enough movement on the cables so: -
Cut the plates off it, ground off the welds, cut 2 new ones out of 1.2mm Stainless Steel, drilled the holes for the pivot, trigger lock and 3 holes for the cable - giving me 3 options, welded them onto the original lever, few coats of mat black paint, and refitted.
Works a treat, 3 clicks and the brake is holding well.

Also moved the top-box mount back about 45mm, more room for the mrs on the back, much better.

Fitted new front tyre, 130/70 17 but still a front tyre, (may still try the idea of fitting a back in reverse next time). Fitted it myself, fairly easy job, but sadly there is a slight wheel wobble at about 40mph so I will have to take the wheel off again and get it balanced.

Went out in the sun on Sunday

Quick update, having great fun with the trike, in the lovely summer weather we have had.

Latest addition is a tank cover, bought via the forum, and home made tank bag for Tiny Tina to ride in.
Tina has been getting used to the trike from the 1st day we bought her at 8 weeks old, just sat on to begin, then with engine running, building up to he 1st ride. She loves it, knows she is going somewhere.

Few pics

:mfr_lol: That third picture made me laugh. She's just peeping out and looks very mischievous, I think she's eyeing up those grip puppies.  :whistling:
