Just had a new rear fitted and the dealer has a record of all work done including the tyre changes.

Thought some of you (if you're anal like me about these things!!) may be interested in the longevity of the Angel's

21/04/10   8731 miles Pair of ST's
30/07/10 13696 miles Rear (4965 miles)
20/10/10 17653 miles Front (8922 miles)
27/04/11 20208 miles Rear (6512 miles)
Four is fun.  Six is sex.

Interesting stuff Winston ... my green Gtr has the Bridgestones still on it that came with the bike and due to the dry weather I have only ridden in the wet once but despite what everyone says they appear to be ok ... I may say differently when I change them ! I am a Mitchelin PR2 man myself so when I am ready I shall go for either the PR3's or may try the ST's as they do get a very good press ... Mr Wolf swears by the PR3's so will probably get a pair of those towards the end of summer ... decisions decisions !!

The BT021's are ok they do the job in the dry but they aren't the best in the wet + they don't tend to last very long.

I am super impressed with the PR3's in the wet and the dry and it will be interesting to see what mileage I can get out of them, so far just over 1000 miles on the rear in a month.

I was impressed with the two sets of PR2's I had on the CBF1000 in terms of handling, grip and mileage.

Kind regards

Steven

That's true ... but I do trust his word !

I get the same from maxxis tyres, had 3 sets and 2 rears, a superb tyre at a very reasonable price just had a rear fitted last week £93, they are as good as anything out there at the moment, even race teams are using them, fantastic grip wet or dry no tramlining good feedback i would highly recommend them.
get a grip and deal with it

True folks, I haven't had the PR3's on that long but after having them fitted I immediately noticed a significant improvement in the bikes handling. And in the past I have had the PR2's on a few of my bikes. I'm a Michelin Man.  ;D
