HEADLAMP LENSE

Guys,
Do any of you know whether or not the headlamp lense can be bought only ( seperately ) or does one have to buy the complete unit ?

I think it's going to have to be the complete unit. There's an American seller on eBay who often sells the headlight unit at £230 approx which is a considerable saving. Has a stone gone through the lens?




Just done a quick eBay search, item number 230816551058 is the unit I was talking about, or theres this one, 400341785278   It's less than £200 plus the usual delivery charges etc.

Yep, a mate of mine just bought a GTR with a cracked lense. Will give him the info on e-bay but buying on e-bay is not easy ( and safe ) for us down here in SA so we tend to stay clear of it. On top of that, if you factor in the exchange rate plus duties then it is more often than not cheaper to buy from dealers down here ( if they have in stock that is !!! ).

PS : His bike now has headlamp protectors fitted !!! Go figure !
