Many years ago

I had an Ebony and Firecracker ZZR 1100 in 1992 it had ZXR 750 carb tops and it was the bollox of a bike, I suppose I've kind of had a yearning for one ever since, the only picture of it that I have is this one...sorry about the quality



Another bike that I had which was the business was a Corser replica Aprillia RSVR Mille R. with factory chip and pipe it sounded absolutely awesome.....  this is the only pic I have of it again sorry about the quality, its also Red and Black...ermmm, maybe there's a theme going on here 



I keep looking on fleabay for a nice ZZR 1100 cos I really fancy another...I don't know why, its just one of those things..well, maybe one day

What bikes would you "re-visit" if you had the chance ???

My first bike was a Yamaha RD400 that I bought in 1979 from memory.
I had the cc ground off the barrels and re registered it as a 250cc as I only had a licence to ride a 250cc

Not the best start especially as I rode round in wrangler jacket and jeans with Dunlop green flash trainers with ski gloves from C&A !!

It seemed so fast and spent most of its life in the back wheel

A world away from today but mad fun for a couple of years

It would be great to ride one again

I had a Francis Barnett and no idea of the model as it was in bits, sort of put it together then sold it to an enthusiast and bought a SX200, should have kept the Franny, the guy still has it and its mint.

ive got an early zzr1100 C in my shed thats complete but needs doing up, will sell for £600

its tatty but a good runner
