personally , although i have a good torgue wrench i only use it on critical items, on your bolts id just tighten them up tight, and check them after a few rides,

O.C.

I use BST. Boomer Standard Torque.
BST1 is gentle and is reserved for "chocolate" bolts and anything screwing into plastic. (up to 5lbft)
BST2 is for anything screwing into aluminium. (5 to 30 lbft)
BST3 is me using no more than a standard ratchet or spanner and maximum muscle power. (30 to 80lbft)
BST4 is using the breaker bar with a Fork tube as an extender. (80 to 300lbft)

I can get 600lbft if I stand on the end of the fork tube.
The last time I tried to undo a nut (star-spring nut on a GTR1000) using that method, the 36mm socket I was using exploded and I head-butted  a fence whilst falling over.
There was blood :death: and language :censored: and shortly a new 36mm IMPACT socket and an air-impact gun!
