I'm suggesting Paypal, that way I don't have to stump up a large amount of cash out of my own pocket , and all members will have both a record of their individual payments as well as the knowledge that their money is safe and secure.

Payment by Paypal is simple, they do make a small handling charge, and you will need to set up an account to use the service.

I wont ask for any money from any member until we have reached 50 orders which is the lowest amount I can order. At the moment we are up to about 25 polo's and 11 T-shirets..soooo there's still some way to go.

P & P will be charged at the actual rate for U.K postage any overseas will obviously cost a little more.

Obviously I'm not trying to make any money on behalf of the club from this excercise, so anything left over in my paypal account will be donated to the club/forum running costs, which I think is fair

OK..... Geoff, TBH I don';t want to have any more cash payments as its extra hassle for me...BUT you are a 'special' mate and I know why you've asked that question
