Roger, excellent write up and visual representation of the memorials. I've only ever been to a mass cemetery in Germany when I was much younger and even then I can recollect how spotless it was and how much respct was attributed to the graves, it does put us in the UK to shame.

interesting may be visiting the the alps, italy, lake garda, lake como, south of france again but not got anythink set in stone yet.. due to my mate planning a family 4 weeks touring holiday of the states. so it's nice to have a few options open
