Spill Update and help with heel guards please...

Hi all, sorry to have been 'absent' recently (have I been missed.....?) - no on second thoughts DONT answer that!! just been mega at work and all the usual hectic stuff.

Anyway after my little spill at the Cotswolds meet have been using the GTR pretty much every day - and one of the bikers here at work said "Why don't you pop over the road (Kawasaki UK HQ) and see if they can help you out with the panels etc - maybe they have some old warranty items kicking about"?

So, i popped over one lunchtime and said...."Hi guys, I dont wanna take advantage of the fact that we are neighbours...... but... we are neighbours, so any chance you can help me out??

So nice guy came over to our car park yesterday lunchtime and gave the beast the once over. Just gotta wait and keep fingers crossed now. Updates to follow...

Also, as I have been using the bike almost every day now (racking up those bloody commuting miles after all :-( )I noticed where the old bike boot rubs on the panel I have worn away the paint!!

Somebody (cant remember who) at the meet had some clip on / stick on guards - foir the life of me I cannot find then on t'internet!! please advise where i can get them before my lovely (but tarnished) GTR starts to look even more tatty....
