Clear blue sky in the Dales when I left at 7.45.!!!!!!!!!!!But as I approached Hawes I spotted the biggest rainbow in the world, and a jet black sky straight ahead, sure enough soon after it was chucking it down, and it was the same when I arrived at the Bridge. But undetered we plodded on into Teasdale, and onward to Hexham, and home via Alston, and Middleton -in- Teasdale. We actually got lucky, as about an hour after we left the Bridge it stopped raining and the rest of the day was dry and bright, ended up a very good day indeed.

glad that you had a good ride out Geoff, and that the weather improved......it got better here also, but I couldn't get out on the bike as a couple of things cropped up which I needed to deal with
