Bad News and Good News

The bad news today was that 8 weeks after my little whoppise the repairer is still wating for parts to fix my bike.  The communication policy f the Aviva appointed repairer is to never make a simple weekly courtesy call and just tell you to ring back!

I will name and shame once its back in my gagarge.


The good news is that I bought a house in under 7 hours,  a nice 4 bed detached, been on sale for 2 yrs and we are getting it for £60k less than its original asking price

It's a buyers market. I've had an offer accepted 31% under the original asking price
18% off the asking price when I saw the property
