Quality of OEM Panniers ?

Just a quick update ------ had a look at 3 other GTR's in M&S Newcastle, and the panniers all had a better fit than mine. They took some photos and said they'd send them to Kawasaki and get back to me !
( so what are my options if they refuse to do anything about them ?)

If there is clearly a difference between your panniers and others at a dealership I'd be asking them to swop them over along with everything else the key fits. Filler cap and seat release. If they refuse, reject the panniers and demand they get you a new pair.

Give trading standards a ring and get them involved, did you get it on Finance?, if so write to the finance company informing them you may reject the bike due to a fault... that usually generates a complaint note on the account. failing that storm into the dealership and stick a crossbow up the salesmanagers nose, and 'suggest' that you have a nice chat about your problem... oh and some coffee would be nice too

Or if you paid £100 or over of the bike on your Credit Card you can get the CC company involved
