There you go .. just back from meeting up with Tapps at the dealership for a bit of servicing and big boys fry up .... ( which he declined, and now regrets !!!! ) ... the bike was filthy and it's only been a few miles down the road ... so Hozelock squirty thingy out for 1st go .... excellent stuff .... who needs a hosepipe ?

the size is it's only downfall,i had to filt it up 4 time's to get that muc off stuff off,it still ended up streaky, ended up adding mer car shampoo to a bucket of cold water, then rinsed it off & polished all the lovely dark green with mer,hey presto,it came out as good as new

It's now called a portable shower instead of portable car wash. Same product, but I guess it didn't sell as a portable car wash!

I got SWMBO to pick one up yesterday. It'll be quite handy I think, so thanks for the tip off. It does look like it'll need filling up a couple of times during washing though, but that might be necessary if we get a hosepipe ban.

We are on a hosepipe ban down here in Sussex so we have to get used to it .... I sprayed on Muc Off as it comes and used the hozelock to rinse it off after the wash and wipe .. originally I was going to dilute the MO and fill the washer with it but that would be a huge amount of MO to use in comparison to the few squirts that it usually gets ... worked well

Thankfully we don't currently have a hose pipe ban and considering the rain which has fallen today hopefully we wont get one. I've only used the Hozelock Pump Thingy once so far and just used neat Muck Off from it after first rinsing the bike with hose water. The dirt on the bike just rinsed away after another hosing down.

used mine today and its brill, i covered the bike in a complete white of foam ala drive in car wash style, the pressure evens lifts the dirt off around the wheels ect .

I was just wondering what to do in case of a hosepipe ban. This may be the answer...

I bought a Mobi washer V17 which I'm rather pleased with. I realise I could have bought several of the manual-pumpy-things for the same money but I don't have to do the manual-pumpy-thing with this.
