i wonder if empty panniers costs fuel mpg, a real reason to leave them at home

Panniers off for me .. top box on    Undressed with NO panniers I found myself yesterday ( very tired after a set of long shifts ) looking at carbon exhausts ! You know I am always a stock man myself and there have been previous threads on the subject ... stand by ! .....
