There are plenty of pillion peg adjustment kits available from The states and elsewhere.

But for goodness sake not an FJR..............you may not survive the test ride if the handling is as bad as some say, let alone a year in the saddle thereafter!

It's OK Nigel, I will not be testing the FJR..........................I am afraid that I might like it   and who knows where that may lead
