Just been looking through all my old bike photos, I have quite a lot of them ;D

I was trying to work out if I had a favourite, one that stood out from the rest of the GTR and really told a story or had a visual impact. I'm not convinced that I have achieved that in any of my current photos but I do quite like this one........

A bit of new with a bit of old. Taken this year at Swaledale, North Yorkshire.

Anybody else care to share their photos, perhaps a photo taken on a bike tour or something.

Never taken a pic of my bike at any location. Maybe I need to start doing so

Absolutely, get out there and take some pics. I wasnt really aware of the presence of the GTR until I followed you upto the M62 the other week. Seeing two identical bikes travelling in tandem, it looked pretty damn good, lots of people staring as we rode past them.  ;D

It never really took off did this thread did it?

I've been playing about with another photo which I have taken over the years with every bike I have owned recently at this location. This is taken at Bala Lake in North Wales. Stunning location.

The original....

and with a bit of doctoring....

I personally prefer the doctored pic.

Very cool colour that there magnesium. I'd definately put that on the top of my list of choices when I come to px. ;D

funny really! when I orderd this gtr 1400, thers was not a blue one to be found at any of the dealers. which left me thinking the magnesium was the less wanted colour! so I ordered this one from a picture that was sent to me by george whites from the gtr they where just removing from the grate! so was a bit nervous when I was collecting the bike, because at that point had not seen it in the flesh, "so to speak" but as soon as I seen the bike, I can honestly say I was well chuffed with the colour. have since seen the blue colour in the gtr1400. and to be honest either colour looks fine, if I did have the option of either colour at the time. both bikes there, in the flesh! I would have still gone for the magnesium colour :)

I'd go for the magnesium one as well. Black is getting boring, and the blue is at the black end of the scale. I'm still considering getting a respray job done to the burgundy they have in the states.

I thought you'd have a go at spraying it white.

First post here so I'll start by saying "Hi" although I see a few names I recognise.

This was taken at midnight in Skarsvåg, Norway.

This in front of an impressive piece of machinery in Germany.
