Wiper Blades and Stuff .........

[Rusty]

I have just used the following site to order a set of wiper blades for the car .... a triple pack of Bosch blades for £23 with free postage. ( Halfords sell ONE blade for £19 ! ) I have used them before so they are highly recommended and I wish to share good things with you all !   ;D  Based in Southampton. Excellent service. Just goes to show that if they can make a decent profit on £23 including P+P one wonders what profit the High Street names make !!!

Auto Bulbs Direct .co.uk ... Google them ..the site is easy to use and eezy peezy to find your make and year of car .. they do bulbs too .. ( well of course they do hence the name ! )  ;)

I've a better way.

Drive to VW Dealer.  "Hello, can I have new wipers on my car?".

"Certainly sir!"

15 minutes later i drive out.

Isn't a Company car useful.  Pity its a VW slowmotion!

What if? Yes what if indeed. I've just conjoured up an image of a single wiper blade fixed to the sccreen keeping it clear of bigs and other nasties and rain. It could work.  ;D

Take a look at NB's bike ... I BET there is one there somewhere  ;)

i bet BMW are already planning wipers for their bus's, i bet their blades will have built in sat -nav, 12 disc autochanger, and if the odd jumbo jet should get lost it will have a ground to plane homing devise.

Never use Halfrauds if i can help it.
