Had the bike serviced all the usual oil filter oil diff oil ,also changed the clutch oil and brake fluid ,since the then when putting the bike into gear and changing gears up/down i found that they are now clunky .any thoughts.

wrong oil in the gearbox springs to mind know some gearboxes are very sensitive to the type/grade/make of oil used not sure if this applies to the GTR

Fred sounds right there .... unusual if the dealer got it wrong but would certainly be worth you going back there for them to check it out.

Before I even started reading this I thought, I wonder if the bikes just been serviced. My GTR was serviced last June and the seller had just had it MOT'd and serviced for me at a dealership. He informed me that the gear change was clunky since it had been serviced but that it would settle down and become quieter. And it did just that. When I serviced the bike this year it did exactly the same thing again and then settled down within a few hundred miles.
I don't understand why but there you go, I don't think it's anything to particularly worry about.

I had to have a brand new 4Litre V8 replaced because the mechanic at the specialist dealer used the wrong oil - luckily they owned up to the mistake and a new engine was fitted FOC. Not sure what happened to the mechanic though
