All gone quiet on here ,where's every one gone ,

Hi, I've just changed my front brake pads for a set of ebc's as the old ones were near the wear limit. The bike sailed through its mot, just got to find a bit of spare time to get out on it now and report back on the new pads.

It's summer time, they should all be out touring
Unlike me who has only done 3000 miles between MOT's

Got a trip to southern Ireland coming up, so I thought an oil and filter change would be in order before I go.  Only done 3000 since the last change in October last year, but she was subl=ject to a lot of hot-weather riding in France earlier this month, so better safe than sorry.

Also pulled off the front calipers and serviced them at the same time.  A bit of copper grease on the back of the pads should eliminate an annoying very slight squeak at 1 mph!

When I get around to hosting my photos on a Lonewolf recommended site I shall post up my recent trip to Spain & Portugal and then 2 weeks later a wee trip to Luxembourg ... this retirement malarky is just so busy !  :mfr_lol:

It seems that I'm the same as everyone else - "time poor".

The GTR has taken me on a couple of trips to the seaside over the last month or so and I think I've finally started to get to grips with the Innov video camera.

I'll try and trow up a few words and pictures over the next week or so.

Enjoy your summer, grab those days whilest you can :)
