Sheep skin seat pad

Anyone had any experience with a sheep skin seat pad for long trips. Whats your views ?. Height is my main concern. Cheers

Not personally, but people I know rate sheepskin highly.

I had a sheep skin on my GSA and although looking a tad weird worked very well, 850 miles in one day and no sore bottom.

Once you've got one you will never be with out. Not good if it's wet though. I bought a cheapo waterproof scooter cover to put over the top at night or through heavy rain. Worked a treat.

Seaways which is a biker cafe / milk bar in Driffield, East Yorkshire area has sold sheep skin rugs for decades. Some of the so called sheepskins you'll buy off eBay especially if they have originated from foreign shores will be dog and cat fur.
