Noticed a week or so ago b fore I went off on holiday (not on the bike) the rear wheel has a smidgeon of oil on the rim where it joins the diff. Wiped it with my finer and it stinks so it's diff oil.

This morning I removed the diff in under and hour which included getting up numerous times from the garage floor to get a tool,of some description.

So I can see one oil seal but nothing else, hopefully that's it, I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow and he can remove and refit a new seal, removed the rubber drive Cush jobs and thankfully not a lot of oil about so I may have caught it in time, cleaned it all and off we go tomorrow.

Ducati owner now but I used to have a Black one, the fastest version.

And this is not as simple as it would seem, you have to remove a bit of alloy from inside the diff which holds the seal and dip it in how oil to remove it, then you can make sure the surface is clean and while still warm insert the new seal.

What a performance.
