I LOVED my GSX 1400 .. it was a hoot ... wish it was still available ...bloody EURO TWATS buggered that up they shud be 

i ADORE mine.  The thrill of a bike with SHED loads of power, crap brakes and suspect handling makes for some rather large smiley bum-tweak moments!!

had it 4 years now and will keep it till I'm not able to chuck my leg over it.  in the 4 years I've had it I've been through it and modified it so there isn't a great deal standard any more.   Its virtually complete/as i want it now apart from the Polishing stage so i get all shiny stuff the same colour..

My pal took his gsx1400 all over eu and loved it. Had boxes on racks and off he went. In fact it was a gsx 1400 i was looking for when i saw the cb1300 i ended up buying

This winter mods are full YSS rear suspension swap. Front end out for new spring oil n adjusters etc. Full suspension rebuild. Then it's all silver bits polished.
Then I'll be about happy...

No. 100% prefer turbo. I've heard of issues with the charger and it also looks plain nasty. Plus it only gives 200bhp.
I've a friend with a gsx14 Turbo. Getting 263 at the back wheel with standard injectors!  Plus I love the look of the slag pipe
The pics above are a tad different to those I posted a few months back. Different Belly Pan that's taken me 2 years to find n get plus the Yoshimura exhaust was modded. Now has Yoshi down pipes with hand made Y pipe to 2x 200mm Delkavic end cans. Open of course...  it now farts thunder

have a watch of this..  this is my GSX14 on a dyno as we were extracting the 107ft lb and 118bhp.  these are rear wheel figures too, not at the crank..  i asked the guy to take right up to limit as i wanted to hear it properly get angry....
its now got the Yoshi downpipes on and Delkavic Cans so sounds about 3 times as loud and deep..

Whoooa mean sounding hoss stolly. Real nice. I loved my cb but wish id av tried the gsx first but my cb was pictured so well in the ad i just loved it at sight. Wish id kept it now hohum 😩

I had an 03 CB13 for 2 years, oooh - about 8 years or more ago, loved it.  Toured on it.  really a great bike.
When i wanted to get back onto a muscle bike (so to speak) 4 years ago i went straight for looking at a CB13 again and also the GSX14.  what swung it was the GSX has 6 gears..  CB only 5 as you know.  so while at say a Ton the CB is at 6000rpm, on the GSX its barely over 4000rpm and you don't feel like you're flogging it.  Plus the GSX is far more tunable.

Yep so right stolly i was always looking for that sixth gear. It really needed it fore sure. V surprised at honda for that. But it did pull like a train in all gears tho 👍

Not quite sure I understand the above bud. Lots of pikkie she above but yes all blue n white on the gsx. It's the fastest colour!
