Hi all.
Just to let you know I purchased two covers for the brake reservoir that mount ram balls .
From motorcycle larrys a good bit of kit a bit pricey with the delivery but as I said well made.
Fitted a treat as stated.my problem on the 2014 bike is when locking the ball hits the screen if you raise the screen a bit it clears but if you keep forgetting who knows .
Admittedly full lock will probably only be on slow manoeuvring.but be aware if thinking of fitting .

Well... I had the same ones as yours... I simply cut the other end that hit the wind shield...  :punk:

A nice easy fix if you only need a single ball mount

If u r was me .. I would cut the offending protrusion off .. centre drill the ball  out to 3.4 mm .. cut thread with a M4  tap .... drill a hole in the plate (it looks thick enough ) use either a countersunk 4mm flush head cap bolt or a dome head ..and voila both ya balls back in place

O.C.

There's nowt worse than having yer balls out of place, the re-arrangement process whilst personally satisfying can also prove to be embarrassing for onlookers  :mfr_lol:
BE KIND...

ROG .

You can just leave the 1 off it's ok then passes the screen ok.
As I stated it would only be on slow manovering with full lock on

AAAHAAAA ! The cure then is ......

Divvent drop below 39MPH  and if ya needs to get inta a tight space without interfering with ya balls .. power slide her round  :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol: :biker3:

Those mounts appear very high up. I have ram mounts on the clutch and brake lever h/bar clamps. Doesn't effect steering or screen movement.
GT pack, Puig dark tint touring screen, Zumo 660, road Angel, Drift Ghost S HD cameras + remotes X 4, i phone 5s plus mount, Interphone 5 comms.
